Mr.
O'Briant's practice focuses on representing those forced to
go through a divorce, those charged with crimes and victims
of attorney malpractice. In his nearly 20 years of practicing
law in Michigan, New York and Texas, he has successfully handled
a wide range of cases. Mr. O'Briant has successfully represented
those going through a divorce. He has won many criminal trials
and he has won compensation for clients who have been damaged
by malpractice. Mr. O'Briant has represented several thousand
plaintiffs in mass action chemical exposure cases out of Corpus
Christi, Texas. He has represented hundreds of Vietnam veterans
in discrimination and chemical exposure cases. Mr. O'Briant
has also represented hundreds of plaintiffs-Native Americans
on the Tuscarora Indian Reservation in the state of New York
for exposure to toxic chemicals.
Mr. O'Briant's
